Allison Paige (Hannifin) Frakes Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Allison Paige Hannifin Frakes, who left this world on December 3, 2025, at Presbyterian Hospital. Born on March 4, 1965, in Charlotte, North Carolina, Paige was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, aunt, and friend. She touched the lives of many during her 60 years.

Paige was the daughter of Rebecca Caldwell Hannifin and the late Robert Eugene Hannifin. Her mother, Rebecca, survives her, along with her daughter Allie Blanchard Styers and son-in-law Clark of Gastonia. Paige also leaves behind her two sons, Harrison and Porter Frakes. She is survived by her brother Rob Hannifin and sister-in-law Dana, as well as a host of nieces and nephews: Sadie Hannifin, Chase Hannifin (Paige), Alexandra and Bryar, and Tyler Hannifin (Morgan). Additionally, she is remembered fondly by her aunt, Martha Caldwell White and her husband Danny and uncle Len Lovallo.

A proud graduate of East Lincoln Senior High's class of 1983, Paige furthered her education at Western Carolina University. Her zest for life was matched only by her passion for water sports, particularly her love for AAU swimming and water skiing on Lake Norman, where she created countless memories with her family. Summers spent at Camp Lurecrest on Lake Lure were particularly transformative for Paige, as it was there she deepened her love for Jesus Christ.

Paige dedicated a significant portion of her career to the airline industry, retiring in 2007 after 20 years as a flight attendant with Piedmont/US Air. She cherished the friendships she built during her time with the airline, especially her best friend, Lisa Manual Hamrick. One thing Paige will be remembered for is her love of the holidays, especially Christmas. No matter the season, she had a way of making celebrations feel special, creating memories her family will always hold onto.

Paige's funeral service will be held 2:00pm Saturday December 13, 2025 at Mount Holly First Methodist Church. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church

The family would like to offer  special thanks to Rebecca Goble, Tim Ramey, Danny White,Teresa Buff and Terri Bentley Hedrick, for their special care for Paige.

Memorials may be made to the Heart to Heart AA Group c/o Danny White and the Hut
