Beverly “Lynn” Harris, 61, of Belmont passed away on December 5, 2021. She was born in Forsyth County, daughter of the late Jeanette and Walter Finchum. She was preceded in death by a brother Kenneth Finchum. She was a member of Stowe Memorial Baptist Church. She loved her family especially her grandchildren. She loved vacations to the mountains and beach. She worked at Holy Angels and First Presbyterian Daycare in Belmont.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years Robert Harris. Daughter Christy Harris of Belmont, 2 grandchildren Sophia Pilkington and Daniel Harris, brother Gary Finchum and sister Libby Styles and numerous extended family.

A service to celebrate her life will be held 2:00pm Tuesday December 14, 2021 at Common Ground in Stanley with Rev. Jerry Pennington. The Committal will be private.

Memorials may be made to Alexander Memorial Baptist Church or to New Bethel Baptist Church.
