Burnell Thomas Williams, 66, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 29, 2020. He was born in Gaston County, son of the late Sarah Margaret and Burnell Williams. He was preceded in death by a brother Buster Williams.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years Sheliah Williams, a son Micheal Elliott, 2 sisters Ann and Elaine, a brother Wade Williams.

A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Williams will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 5, 2020, at Sharon Freewill Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Gaston Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00pm prior to the service at the church.
