Casey Maureen Bates Obituary

Casey Maureen Bates, 19, of Mt. Holly, NC passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2020 at Atrium Health, Charlotte, NC.  She was born on January 8, 2001 in Gastonia, NC daughter of Randall and Lisa Bates. 

Casey is survived by her parents, her beloved brother Conly;grandparents, Sandy and Daril Caldwell and Brenda Gause;aunts and uncles, Michael & Sherri Conly; David & Krissy Cooper; Jim & Jen Cox; Trevis Love and numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins who will sorely miss her. 

Casey was a perfect joy to her mother, father and brother.  She was a bright girl with a positive spirit.   As a CNA at Atrium Health, she was passionate about helping others.  She shared her sweet and caring nature freely.  The sadness of her loss will be felt by all who loved her but will not overshadow the happiness she brought to our lives.

A celebration of Casey’s life will be at noon Saturday October 24, 2020 at 323 Old Lowesville Road Stanley, NC 28164.
