Charles Oliver Obituary

Charles Douglas Oliver, 65, passed away on Tuesday, January 18, 2022. He was born in Martin County, NC, son of Marie Oliver and the late Russell “Peanut” Oliver. He was a Deacon at First Baptist Church in Cramerton where he also sang in the choir and ran audio equipment. He spent 3 years on the Cramerton Zoning and Planning Board. He spent endless hours volunteering for the Town of Cramerton and First Baptist Church. He never met a stranger and loved giving and getting big hugs.   
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 23 years Monica Oliver, 4 children Charles Oliver Jr. (Alex), Christopher Oliver, Angie Oates (Chris) and Randi Morgan (Lonnie). 12 Grandchildren Dawson, Charley, Alyssa and Willow Oliver, Parker Nelson, Justin Caldwell (Aleigha), Jeremy Caldwell who is serving in the US Navy, Kai Meadows (Hunter), Tyler, Nick and Levi Morgan. 3 great grandchildren and 2 on the way, 2 brothers James and Wayne Oliver and countless friends.

A Memorial Service  will be held 3:00pm Sunday January 23, 2022 at First Baptist Cramerton with Dr. David Julen officiating. The family will receive friend one hour prior to the service at the church.
