Dorothy Smith Beason

Dorothy Smith Beason, 80,passed away on Saturday January 22, 2022. She was born in Iron Station, daughter of the late Paul and Geneva Smith. She was preceded in death by brothers Jr., Roy, Donnie and Randy Smith. She was a member of Alexis Baptist Church.

She is survived by 3 children Dana Ware (Edgar) of Moravian Falls, Terry Edge (Sherry) of Mount Holly and Theresa Kinley (Mark) of Dallas. Grandchildren Blake and Logan, Tyler (Emily), Ryan, Cody (Carly), Melissa (Brett), great grandchildren Ava, Chloe, Sadie, Lawson, Declan and Raylan. Brother Kenny Smith and 2 sisters Pat and Elaine.

A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held 2:00pm Friday January 28, 2022 at Gaston Memorial Park.
