Ernest Herbert Hambrick, 59, passed away at his home on Thursday, February 11, 2021. He was born in Gaston County, son of Emma Hambrick and the late Ernest Junior Hambrick. He was preceded in death by a brother Darrell Harrison and a sister Becky Brigman. He was an avid hunter and loved his grandbabies.

Ernie is survived by his children Anthony Hambrick and wife Andrea of Dallas and Tara Hambrick of Gastonia. Grandchildren Carson Hambrick, Wyatt Hambrick and Bryson King. 1 sister Connie Beatty. His lifelong companion Teresa Hambrick.

A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Hambrick will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 20, 2021, at New Faith Baptist Church in North Belmont. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
