George Alan Spivey, 68, passed away peacefully on Sunday October 31, 2021. He was son of the late Samuel N. Spivey and Bobbie G. Spivey.
He is survived by his wife Elizabeth M. Spivey, 2 sisters Norma S. Sims and fiance Graham Morrison and Teresa W. Spivey all of Stanley. 2 children Krista Spivey Huss and Ryan A. Spivey of Lincolnton. 3 grandchildren Wade Huss, Wyatt Huss and Finn Spivey of Lincolnton.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Spivey will be held 1:00pm Sunday November 14, 2021 at New Life Baptist Church in Stanley. The family will greet friends following the service.
