It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jeffrey Scott Grier, who left this world on December 17, 2024, at the age of 57, in the comfort of his home in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. Born on February 6, 1967, in Gaston County, Jeffrey was the cherished son of the late Jack King and Ruby Hudson Grier. His life was filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

Jeffrey is survived by his beloved son, Devin Grier, and his girlfriend, Savannah Bowman. Devin's brother Daryl Keeter, he was also a caring former husband to Lisa Carrie Grier, who shared many years of life and love with him. His siblings and their families were a significant part of his life; he is survived by his sister, Lisa Upton, and his nephew, Cameron Upton, as well as his niece, Catherine Hannah Jackson, and her boyfriend, J.C. Walkowiak. Each of these individuals held a special place in Jeffrey’s heart, and he will be deeply missed by them all.
