Jimmy Wayne Sigmon, age 71, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 13, 2022 at Gaston Memorial Hospital in Gastonia.  He was born in Gaston County, son of the late William and Ella Mae Sigmon.  Jimmy will be remembered as a loving father and grandfather who loved his Lord and Savior with all his heart.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters Mary Sue Smart and Brenda Rudisill.  Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter Ashley Sigmon and son Jeremy Sigmon, grandchildren Brailee Zayn Cross and Lilith Santiago and a sister Barbara Joe Egan.  The Sigmon family will have a Celebration of Life Service at 11:00 AM on Saturday May 21, 2022 at Community Pentecostal Center in Stanley. The arrangements are with Painter Funeral and Cremation.
