Larry Sherrill Morrow, 82, residing currently in Rutherford, NC, passed away peacefully at home on October 17, 2023.  He was born and raised in Mooresville. He was proud to serve his country in two branches of the military, both the Army and Navy. 
 Larry was a retired Church of God Minister for over 35 years. His passion was sharing the Gospel, and his love for his family was rooted deeply in his heart. 
He is preceded in death by his sister Hilda Lowe , father Thomas Morrow and mother Blanche Morrow. Living survivors are his brother Tommy Morrow, Larry's  wife Angela, daughter Heather Nixon, (husband Shane) and grandchildren, Ridge and Case. Daughter, Teresa Morrow Swing (husband Don) grandchildren, Brandy and Tiffany and five great grandchildren. Jonathan Morrow and wife Meghan, grandchildren Phoenix, Maverick, Hart, Lively. Larry Morrow Jr in Lexington, NC., Stepdaughter Christie Gardner Klassette.(husband Chris) children Zac Gardner, William and Gunner Klassette.
A service to celebrate his life will be held 2:00pm Saturday October 21, 2023 at the East Belmont Church of God with pastors  Danny Peterson and Carl Overton officiating.
