It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Linda Ballard Frontauria, who left this world on May 28, 2025, at Caromont Regional Medical Center. Born June 9, 1952, in Gaston County, Linda lived a life full of love, creativity, and dedication to her family.

Linda was preceded in death by her beloved parents, the late Tommy and Evelyn Ballard, and her cherished husband, Dominick Frontauria. Her legacy continues through her devoted family, including her daughter, Becki Heffner, and son-in-law, John. Linda was a proud grandmother to Brooke Fisher and her husband Corbin, Jaci Jessie and her husband Logan, and a beloved great-grandmother to Cohen Fisher, Evelyn Jessie, and Sawyer Jessie. Her 2 brothers Mike and Larry Ballard. Additionally, she leaves behind three stepchildren Dawn, Sam and Sal Frontauria and numerous extended family who will miss her dearly.

Throughout her life, Linda was known for her many talents and interests. As a professional seamstress, she brought countless creations to life, showcasing her skills and creativity. She was also an avid fisherman, spending many joyful hours by the water, where she found peace and contentment. Her love for nature and the outdoors was matched only by her unwavering faith—Linda was a member of Berea Baptist Church, where she joyfully sang in the choir.

A graveside funeral service will be held at Berea Baptist Church on Saturday June 7 2025, at 12:00 PM, where family and close friends will gather to celebrate Linda’s life and legacy.
