Melissa Brean Hudson

Melissa was born December 26, 1998, to April Starling and Darrell Hudson in Gaston County, NC.

She was a beautiful soul with a bright smile, she loved with all her heart. She always made sure everyone around her was in good spirits and felt wanted. The queen she’ll always be in our hearts and mind, we will forever love her.

She was preceded in death by Her baby Sabastian White, her sister Sarah Eve-Elizabeth Hudson, Michael “Poppy” Starling Sr, Pawpaw Charles Hudson, Nanna Georgia Starling, Special Aunt Trisha Bridges, Uncles: Dane Thune, Jeremy Santana, Detlef Hudson, and Cousin/Uncle Matthew Watkins.

Melissa is survived by her mom April Starling,  dad Darrell Hudson (Andrea), Fiancée Zack Williams, Brother Dwayne Hudson, Sisters Catelyn Hudson (Christian) and Taylor Mosses (Christian), Grandfather James Roberts,  Grandmothers Patricia Starling, Jeannie Nyborg, and Brenda McAllister Hudson.

Nephew Tylus Hammonds, Nieces Raylan Hilliard, Aryus Hammonds and Nevaeh Stephens, Spouse Zack Williams, Uncles Michael Starling Jr, Bryan Starling, Keith(Christy) Santana, Josh Watkins & Grady(Karen) Haney

Many cousins and Friends that she called Family.  She was loved by so many and is missed by many more.

A service to celebrate her life will be held 5:00 PM Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at Catawba Heights Baptist Church.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
