Patricia “Patty” Plemmons. 86, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 2, 2021. She was born in Gaston County, daughter of the late Herbert and Bertie Barker. She was preceded in by her husbands Dorsey Porch and Harry Plemmons, and 2 sons Dean Porch and Steve Porch. She was a charter member of Sunset Forest Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her grandkids.

She is survived by her daughter Donna Barnhill, a brother Gene Barker, 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.

A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Plemmons will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at Sunset Forest Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Goshen Cemetery in North Belmont. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
