Richard Dale Luckey, 42 of Belmont, passed away on Thursday December 15, 2022. He was born in Rocky Mount, NC, son of Edward Luckey of Belmont and Lynda Kinney (Randall) of Franklinton.
In addition his parents, he is survived by 2 sons Kalib Luckey and Kory Luckey both of Belmont; a brother Tim Luckey of Rocky Mount, grandfather James Luckey of Huntersville.
