Robert Michael Piercy

It is with a heavy heart that we mourn the loss of Robert Michael Piercy on July 3, 2023 in Mount Holly, North Carolina after a long battle with unrelenting physical pain and mental depression.  Robert leaves behind his parents, Johnny and Rebecca, who love him more than words can express.

Rob was preceded in death by his brother Phil Piercy and his paternal and maternal grandparents.

Others left to cherish and mourn Rob's memory are his brother Stephen Piercy and sister-in-law Heather along with five nephews Ethan, Max, and Van Piercy  and Tysen and Turner Helms; two nieces Darian Starnes and Harper Helms; aunts and uncles Jerry Piercy (Susan), David Lankford (Debbie), Debbie Pannell (Carl), Dwight Lankford (Robin), Danita Lankford as well as many cousins. His best friend was his dog Kuechly who Rob rescued from near death at 5 months old and is now 5 years old.

A memorial service for Rob will be held Saturday July 8, 2023 at 4:00 PM at First Methodist Church, 140 N Main St, Mount Holly, NC.  Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the church.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Berean Grace Church at 911 Timberlane Dr, Mount Holly NC 28120.

Robert will be forever remembered for the kind person that he was who touched so many lives throughout his short time here on earth. We will love him forever and miss him dearly until we meet again one day soon.
