Russell Bernard Clontz Obituary

Russell Bernard Clontz, 65, passed away on Sunday January 16, 2022. He was born in Mecklenburg County, son of the late Banks and Lillian Clontz. He was a member of Ridgeview Baptist Church. He loved to fish and spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He worked at Tool and Gage House Inc. for many years. 

He is survived by his wife of 39 years Rose Clontz, 2 daughters Crystal Nix and husband Mark and Heather Vernon and husband Andrew. 3 sons Daniel Clontz and wife Tracie, Joshua Clontz and wife Lindsay, and Cody Clontz. 5 Grandaughters - Anna Harris, Allie Vernon, Eleanor Clontz, Gabby Nix and Farrah Clontz. 3 Grandsons  Luke Harris, Clayton Vernon and Malachi Clontz.

A service to celebrate his life will be held 4:00pm Sunday January 23. 2022 at Ridgeview Baptist Church with Rev. Leroy Mobley officiating. The family will receive friends from 3-4:00pm prior to the service at the church.

Painter Funeral and Cremation is serving the Clontz family.
