Sharon Suzette Whitesides

Sharon Suzette Whitesides, 59, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Robin Johnson Hospice House in Dallas, NC surrounded by her two sisters. Sharon was born in Gastonia, North Carolina, daughter to the late Novak and Delores Messer Whitesides.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her close friend James Barnette.

Sharon had a heart of gold and loved all kids.  

Left to cherish her memories include her stepmother Linda Whitesides, sisters Nova Reid, Angela Conner and Kim Rathbone (Ervin), brother Jamie Eaker, nieces Linda Thompson (Brian), Novann Reid, Airon Reid, Emily Stewart, nephew Seth Rathbone, great niece Boston Thompson, great nephews Jesse Stewart and Lincoln Thompson. Many special aunts and uncles, a very close aunt Diane Messer and close friend Darlene McAbee.

A service to celebrate the life of Ms. Whitesides will be held 6:00 p.m. Thursday, December 31, 2020, at Mount Holly First Methodist Church.

Memorials may be made to Robin Johnson Hospice House in Dallas, NC.
