Stephen Parris Obituary

Stephen James Coram Parris, 29, died September 6, 2022 at Atrium Health Hospital in Concord after a serious battle with Stage 4 cancer.

Stephen worked various jobs: Carolina Asphalt, Maxwell Hardscapes, XOXO Vape Store and during his time in Georgia he worked for Caterpillar Yard Coordinator for Yancey Bros. Co. in Austell, GA. When he returned to Lincolnton, NC from Georgia his dream was to start a hardscape business. Unfortunately, his dream was short lived after he was diagnosed with Adenocarcinoma in March of 2022.

Survivors include his fur baby Halle, adoptive parents Marty and Bill Coram,adoptive sister Caroline Coram, biological sister Ashley Joanna Coram, niece Joline King, mother Wendi Parris, stepfather Sean Parris and a host of adoptive and biological family.  He was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church Lincolnton, where he was active in the children/youth and music programs.  He was a graduate of North Lincoln High School Class of 2012.

A memorial service will be held at First Baptistv Church Lincolnton on September 17, 2022 at Noon. The family will recieve friends before the service from 10:30-11:45am.
