Steven Dean Guffie

Steven Dean Guffie, 63, passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2021. He was born in Gaston County, son of the late Harold and Janice Guffie. He was preceded in death by sisters Andrea Guffie and Martha Collins. He loved to ride motorcycles and attended Springwood Church of God. He enjoyed spending time at the beach.

He is survived by his son Havan Guffie (Harleigh) of Gastonia, sisters Regina Leeper (Jack) of McAdenville, Medea Shamblin (Danny) of McAdenville, special family member Spencer Guffie, brother in law Steve Collins and numerous extended family and his dog Beau.

A graveside service to celebrate the life of Mr. Guffie will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 30, 2021, at Gaston Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Toys for Tots.
