Steven Dale Rogers

Mr. Steven Dale Rogers at the age of 73 entered his heavenly home late Friday evening, June 25, 2021. Born March 23, 1948, to the late Colen and Mary Rogers. He was a veteran of the Army, and fought for his country in the Vietnam War. He loved his family, longtime friends, and welcomed anyone into his home that needed a place to stay. Everyone that knew him loved him; he was one of the best men you would ever meet. 

Mr. Rogers is leaving behind his loving wife Solbjorg “Susie” Rogers of fifty years; his three children Stephanie Pierce, Frank Eason, and Sharon Nichols; his four grandchildren Ashlyn Cook, Eli Eason, Preston Pierce his wife Zadia, Brittany Williams her husband Daniel; and one great-grandchild Sophia Pierce. He is also leaving behind two sisters Libby Frye and Ruby Summey. He was preceded in death by many brothers and sisters.
