Sue (Sherwood) McClure

Brenda Sue McClure, 77, was welcomed into Heaven on December 4, 2020. She
was born in Sikeston, Missouri. Daughter of the late Lorene Roscoe and Thomas
Sherwood. She was preceded in death by her sister Elizabeth Locklear.
She is survived by her husband of over 61 years, Bill McClure and her 2 daughters
Glenda Ward and husband Gary, Sandy Newcombe and husband Dale. She has 3
grandchildren that she adored Dustin and Sydney Newcombe and Jonah Ward.
Sue loved spending time with her family and her church family. She liked the
mountains, playing games, listening to gospel music and seeing her grandchildren
perform.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at Cornerstone Family Worship, 709
Rankin Avenue, Mt. Holly, NC 28120 on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at 1:00pm.
